A home is a dream of every man. Home should be the heaven on earth. The ideas and symbols of architects are brought to reality by the builder. Before attempting any construction it is necessary to create a detailed blueprint and design.    
 
   
It is also necessary that a specified budget has be laid out at beforehand. We should only plan those houses that fit within our budget. Houses that are built without specific budget and plan are found to end up unfinished. This affects the builder, home owner and the labourers. My advice is that one should never try to build a house and get into debt (housing loans from banks with fixed repayment plans are fine). Experience reveals that a house built on debt usually is not peaceful. Without peace the house is not heaven but hell, the abode of the devil.

It is not the size of the house but the aesthetics that should be considered. A home should be beautiful to look at and pleasant to live in. It should provide comfort for each member of the household. A house is now a good investment too. Houses that can be maintained regularly are the ones that remain beautiful overt the years.
Beautiful house and a peaceful abode is certainly a worthwhile investment. This  should also be taken into account when considering the building of a house.
